ENGINEERING APPROACH
The live site highlights key product behaviours such as scheduling pickups, matching users with nearby vendors, real-time tracking, and secure payments. That kind of product depends on clear step-by-step user journeys and a frontend that explains service state at every stage. From a product engineering perspective, the experience benefits from strong onboarding cues, waitlist capture, marketplace clarity, and a flow that keeps multi-party logistics understandable.
